Kyle Jordan, CPA
Kyle was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. He graduated from Mead High School (2008) and Whitworth University (2012) with a bachelor's degree in accounting. He became a licensed CPA in 2013.
Kyle has been practicing public accounting for 14 years. Kyle’s led our firm’s growing expansion of GamePlan Tax, helping college athletes navigate the complexities that come with the NIL era of college sports. He’s traveled the US speaking to college universities, athlete agencies, and works with some of the highest profile names in the sports & finance industry. In his free time, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, Alyssa, and daughters, Ayla & Emma. They enjoy vacationing in Kauai, spending time with family, basketball, and other various outdoor activities.

Mike Winger, CPA
Mike Winger grew up in Spokane Washington and attended the University of Idaho earning a degree in accounting and finance in 2020. Mike has been with the Kirchner & Jordan CPA firm for about 5 years. He is CPA certified and enjoys helping clients save on taxes, maximize deductions, and resolve IRS issues. Outside of work Mike enjoys water skiing, boating, pick-up basketball and hiking.

Cayden Tanasse, CPA
Cayden was born and raised in the Tri-Cities area, graduating from Kamiakin High School in 2019 before continuing his education at Gonzaga University. There, he earned his bachelor's degree in accounting in 2023 and his master's degree in taxation in 2024.
Cayden joined the firm in July 2024, bringing with him over four years of internship experience at another local firm during his time as a student. Since making the move to Spokane, he has enjoyed becoming part of the community and takes great pride in helping local businesses thrive. In April 2025, he passed his final exam and earned his CPA license from the State of Washington. Outside the office, Cayden is an avid sports fan with a lifelong love of basketball, among other pursuits. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Riley, out on the Columbia and Spokane rivers, and makes frequent trips back to the Tri-Cities to visit family.

Kristen Berger, CPA
Kristen Berger grew up in Spokane and attended Gonzaga Prep before earning her bachelor’s degree in journalism from Eastern Washington University. She later obtained her CPA license and has been working for Kirchner & Jordan since 2011. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys reading, writing, and going on adventures with her husband and two children
Staff Accountant
Adam Drassen
Adam Drassen grew up in the Spokane Valley area and earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Western Washington University. He joined Kirchner Jordan CPA in November 2021 and has since gained experience across multiple tax seasons, building a strong foundation in tax strategy, compliance, and client service. He is currently pursuing his CPA designation and continues to expand his technical knowledge and professional expertise. Outside of work, Adam enjoys running, riding motorcycles, and spending time in the beautiful PNW nature.
Staff Accountant
Jason Bittle
Jason Bittle II grew up in Spokane Washington and graduated from Mead High School in 2022 and attended SFCC graduating in 2024. Jason is a Staff Accountant here at the firm and works in the payroll department. He has been at Kirchner & Jordan CPAs since the beginning of 2026. He loves this job because he gets to constantly evolve not only as a person in this awesome office full of great people, but in the tax world which then lets him help clients have the best accountant and tax experience possible. Outside of work Jason enjoys working out and hiking.
Operations Director - Game Plan
Matt Jones
Matt Jones grew up in Spokane Washington; He graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2024 with a degree in Physical Education. He is the Director of Operations for Game Plan Tax and a Staff Accountant here at the firm. Matt has been at Kirchner & Jordan CPAs since 2025 and loves this job because he has a strong passion for sports and is able to help collegiate and professional athletes navigate the complex world of NIL, Taxes, and Endorsement deals. Outside of work, Matt loves being on the golf course with friends.
Office Manager
Kim Rogers
Kim grew up in Nine Mile Falls, Washington. She graduated from Mead High School and Eastern Washington University. She started working part-time for Kirchner and Jordan CPA in 2011 and has since become an integral part of the firm, transitioning to a full-time role as the office manager helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Kim’s favorite things to do in her free time include having her kids over for Sunday dinners, hanging out with her dogs and a cup of coffee, and spending time in her garden.
Front Office
Trinity McGilley
Trinity McGilley grew up in Spokane, Washington, and graduated from University High School in 2018. She joined Kirchner & Jordan CPAs in June 2024, where she works the front desk, answers the phones, assists clients, and supports the accountants with day-to-day administrative tasks. Outside of work, Trinity enjoys the outdoors, especially camping with her family, and playing with her kids.
Front Office
Megan Whaley
Megan Whaley grew up in Puyallup, Washington, and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in Digital Marketing from Central Washington University. She joined Kirchner & Jordan CPAs in January 2026, where she works at the front desk assisting clients, answering phones, processing tax returns, and helping resolve issues as they arise.
Outside of work Megan loves to spend time outdoors, going for walks, and relaxing with her cats and family.
Staff Accountant
Vince Ceparano
Vince Ceparano grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has been working at Kirchner & Jordan for five years now. He helps handle payroll, bookkeeping and quarterlies. During tax season Vince prepares tax returns. In Vince’s free time, he enjoys watching sports, traveling, and spending time with his family.
IT Manager
Reid Hicks
Reid grew up in Spokane and attended SCC for their Network Design and Administration program. He has been with Kirchner & Jordan for 2 years. He loves keeping our computers running smoothly and adding new tech to keep things fresh and exciting. He likes to play and write music with his guitar, spend time with friends and tinker with technology at home.
