We do not advise clients to send any form of confidential information to anyone in our office via traditional email. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Tax Documents (W2's, 1099's, etc)

• Social Security Numbers

• Copies of Tax Returns (Business & Personal)

• Tax Organizers

• QuickBooks Files

• Employee Information (W4's / I9)

• And Any Other Forms or Documents Containing Personal Information
